Campaign Mechanics

• The referrer will complete a form sharing their referred colleague's contact information.
• The referrer receives a $250 gift card once their referred colleague, who cannot be an existing SONCO customer, makes their first purchase.
• The referred colleague receives an email with a 20% discount on their first order.
• A non-SONCO customer can refer themselves directly through the online form.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility 
  
  Users who refer colleagues to the program are "Referrers"; those referred are "Referred Colleagues." Referrers may be eligible to receive "Reward(s)" for every qualified referral. When registering for the Program, Referrers must use the registration link: (https://lp.soncocrowdcontrol.com/sonco-referral-page ).  
  Companies and employees of Hartwell Companies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
   
• How It Works
  
  To participate, visit https://lp.soncocrowdcontrol.com/sonco-referral-page  and follow the on-screen instructions to start referring. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals with valid contact information. Referrers who are existing SONCO customers, cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake registrations and/or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
   
  
  The referrer receives a $250 gift card for every referred colleague who makes their first purchase with SONCO. The referred colleague will receive a 20% discount on the first order of regular items when not combined with any other special promotions. 

   By participating in the Program, a Referrer must obtain their colleague’s consent prior to providing their contact           information.  

• Qualified Referrals 
  
  Once the Referrer completes the forms, he or she will receive an automated confirmation email. If the referred colleague does not receive an email with the 20% discount promo code within a period of 7 days, it means he or she did not qualify for our program. If the referred colleague does not qualify, a sales representative will contact the Referrer with an explanation for the disqualification.
  
  

• Conditions for Receiving  Reward(s) 
  
  Gift cards will be awarded to Qualified Referrals who meet the following conditions: 
  
  1. The Referrer must use the link https://lp.soncocrowdcontrol.com/sonco-referral-page to refer a colleague.
  
  2. If SONCO receives the same Referred Colleague from another referrer, the reward will be given to the first referrer.
  
  3. The Referred Colleague must make a Purchase within three months from the referral date.
  
  4. For each Referred Colleague who follows the terms and conditions of the program, the Referrer will receive one gift card to the value of $250,00.
  
  5. The Referred Colleague will receive 20% off on their first order. This discount cannot be combined with any other special promotions.
